Welcome! I’m Laura, an award winning Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Licensed Massage Therapist. I have decades of experience helping people heal chronic patterns and reclaim deeper ease in their bodies, minds and hearts.
I offer two distinct, trauma informed healing services: Hypnotherapy and Massage Therapy.
Clinical Hypnotherapy - for emotional healing, sexual dysfunction, intimacy issues, fears and anxieties, and more!
I’m also a Certified HypnoBirthing Educator.
I utilize the wonderful tools of hypnosis, empathic coaching, and other somatic and therapeutic aids, guiding you to release emotional blocks, trauma and limiting beliefs - both conscious AND subconscious, that have been holding you back, or keeping you stuck.
